3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by All-Inkl.com. When you visit the website, the host automatically stores server log files (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status, browser/OS).

4. Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free and creates no personal profiles. Only aggregated, anonymous statistics are collected. The beacon script loads only after your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

5. Klaro! Consent Manager
We use Klaro! to manage your privacy preferences. Klaro stores your consent decisions exclusively in your browser's local storage (key: klaro, duration: 365 days). No cookies, no server transmission. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

When you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message content) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (for contract- or enquiry-related matters) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to messages).
Submissions are technically handled by the service Web3Forms (Softic LLC), which processes the transmitted data as a processor on our behalf and forwards it to us by email. Details: web3forms.com/privacy. We retain your request only for as long as necessary to process it and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
